His judicial expertise, his mastery of security-related issues concerning persons and assets and his intimate knowledge of local institutions, all combine to give him the relevant capacity to analyse and identify your needs and provide you with the appropriate responses to them. Juliette Chau Anh Gaudin holds a Business degree from RMIT University Vietnam. As Deputy General Director, she supports the Group’s strategic development, marketing and business operations.

Under the leadership of the Vice Chairman and General Director, she contributes to preserving EMERASEAN’s long-standing philosophy in security and risk management, while adapting it to today’s evolving challenges and emerging risks. Her role focuses on supporting the protection of clients’ physical, operational, and reputational interests through tailored and professional solutions.

Specializing in asset and inventory management, she oversees the nationwide collection of returned wine bottles, consolidates monthly figures, prepares operational reports, and conducts regular inventory audits at CPs. Her meticulous approach ensures stock accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination across nationwide operations.

Dr. Hoang N. Giao has an extensive academic background, received his Ph.D. degree in 1988 in the former Soviet Union and was a Fulbright Scholar at Boston University Law School from 2003-2004.

Her operational expertise recognized by all, Ly brings to a strong commitment as well as a proven capacity to engage with all types of actors in the pursuit of her objectives. Under the direct command of Dung, she is in charge of quality control of all agents working in the field of individual and asset protection.
